Ownership of Creations: All content, materials, and intellectual property created, generated, or produced within the Skillset Marketing platform, including but not limited to prompts, strategies, AI-generated content, chatbot dialogues, and marketing plans, are the exclusive property of Skillset Marketing.Use of Platform Creations: Any creation or output derived from using the Skillset Marketing platform is owned by Skillset Marketing. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use such creations solely for the purpose they were intended within the scope of their service agreement with Skillset Marketing.Prohibited Actions: Users are not permitted to claim ownership, sell, license, or otherwise distribute any creations, including prompts or other materials generated by or through the Skillset Marketing platform, outside the scope of their agreement with us.

8. Links to Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Skillset Marketing.

Skillset Marketing has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skillset Marketing and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

16.Refunds/Cancelations Policy

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services and the commitment of resources involved, we maintain a strict no refunds policy. This policy applies to all our services, including our advanced Voice AI Bots and Chatbots. Once a service is initiated, we cannot offer refunds for any part of the service rendered.

Cancellation Policy

While we regret to see you cancel, we understand that needs can change. Under our cancellation policy:

Continued Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

Forfeiture of Unused Credits: Any unused minutes or credits remaining on your account will be forfeited at the end of your billing cycle.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues leading to a non-usage of services for 14 days or more, we will consider issuing a credit to your account. This decision will be made at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.

17. Exceptions

Our policies are generally firm to ensure fairness and efficiency in our service delivery. However, we are open to reviewing exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, solely at the discretion of Skillset Marketing.
